please could someone help me answer the follwing questtion job application - " have you any unspent criminal convictions or bind - overs, or an cautions, warnings or reprimands ?" ( i was banned from driving in 006, and fined - i now have my licence back, i obviously want to be hinest but dont know how to answer ??!! ) Thanks

It would appear you commited a motoring offence. I think your application is referring more to arrestable criminal convictions than motoring offences. But obviously I don't know why you were banned.
