Vodaphone, my mobile which is on contract would not dial out, each time telling me that the call had failed. I spent hours on the phone to them just to get some pi**ock telling me that the sim was faulty. So they sent me a new sim, did that work did it stuff, so then they said the signal to contract phones was defaulting but pay as you go was ok. Uhhhhhh. so I went pay as you go.......well you've guessed it ...didn't work. I can't end this saga as I still have no answer but they tell me that if I default on my contract then I will be charged 112 for not adhereing to the original contract. I am just going now to throw my phone into the nearest, deepest, river.
Abbey for closing the account they should have made into a sole account for mum after dad died. After twice filling in forms. They came within a whisker of bouncing my dads funeral cheque.
British Gas. Oft explained in home and garden. There excuses of 'sorry that is not how we usually do things' is a load of cobblers alls. They have caused the same billing mess up in 3 houses and nearly poisoned us all in our beds in a 4th.

British Gas! We've had series of letters demanding 560 - letters to our address but not our name and not our meter reference no. Today's letter threatens us with cut-off and referral to a debt agency etc. Best part is, we're not their customer, never have been and pay our bills to another supplier! Still trying to sort it out (at my expense) because I don't want bailiffs at my door or involvement with a bad debt register. Seriously not funny!
The trouble is you can never find a person to sort out your problems. The people you speak to are in a call centres somewhere in darkest India an they cannot do anything more than what the screens in front of them tell them. So nobody has any knowledge of the product that their company sells, they have no information about anything which is not on the screens in front of them, I am about to give up with my vodaphone mobile, is this what they want ? to make it so hard to complain that we just give up.
Simply Supplements............I have been waiting over a month for some tablets I ordered from them and paid for. They had the nerve to tell me last week that I hadn't made an order from them since June last year. I eventually got them to admit I had and they said I should have my stuff in 3 days.............still waiting!!!
