y can't the goverment make some jobs for teenagers because there is nuffin else to do and they wonder y we get in trouble if they made some job vacancies for 14 year olds n 13 year olds then we could affford to get off the street ??? fnx

Probably because there is insurance involved, and most places cannot be insured for under 16 year olds. So they could get shut down if you broke your leg or were in a fatal accident. A lot of jobs would be dangerous for younger people, and considered a liability.
And some do-gooder would call it 'child labour'
Maybe the best thing for you to do is ask your mum and dad and maybe your neighbours if you can wash the car, take the dog for a work and do the household chores for some money. Or even ask about paper rounds.
Or maybe work really hard on your studies. and ask if you can get money for high grades from your mum and dad.
And I'd be careful of using 'y' and 'fnx' someone on here will tell you off. And it might become a habit!

It's not actually the government's fault that 13-14 year olds lack both the imagination or capacity to entertain themselves. You can decide for yourself where that deficit lies.

you can work at 13 for a limited numbers of hours and on certain types of jobs for example ,a paper round, shops, coffee shops, hotels etc. You need to apply for a work permit from either your school or your education welfare office.

Not having a job is not an excuse for getting into trouble. You make your own choices in life and if people choose getting into trouble then those choices will become more limited as time goes on!!

it's hard enough for people over the age of sixteen to find employment despite having a string of great qulifications. also if you want to be taken seriously in finding a job, why not try improving your usage of proper english instead of relying on text-messaging speak.
