My dad has a contract with 3 mobile, they have twice charged him for something he hasnt had,his phone has broken three times and they wont replace it they take phone and say they fix them but are still broke when returned leaving him without a phone as he is now and has been for a week although still having to pay the full bill with no refund! How can we get the contract terminated? The staff in store are rude and unhelpful as are customer services, a lady in store was even laughing saying wouldnt help. Would be very grateful on information as to if it is possible to terminate contract before the contract is up, thank you x

in my experience there is no way of terminating the contract without paying the whole lot off. sorry! but maybe if you call headoffice or something and threaten them with the courts or sdomething like that they may respond!

Is he entitled to a new phone instead of taking the broken phone and fixing leaving him without a mobile? Thank you x
If the staff are rude try going to another branch, Most towns have more than one 3Mobile shop.
