Trade Apprenticeships for 26 year olds??

Hi All

I may be interested in learning a trade such as plumbing but I don't know where to find any apprenticeships for a 26 year old female.
I have heard about one in Leicester run by woman for woman; I'm not fussed about who I learn from, I just don't know where to look for info in my area.
I live in the West Midlands so Leicester is not really an option, plus I don't drive so wouldn't be able to get there anyway.
Anyone have a clue?

Hi wouldnt bother with this trade, its unindated with the scum from poland, you would be better off getting a degree in something that is worth while, I have jusgone bust after being business for 30yrs in plumbing thanks to mr brown and his immigration policies.
