if i quit my 2 year course this july, because i really cant stand it anymore, would i still get a grade for half of the course?

It depends on the qualification and what exams you've taken so far. If it's a degree course then you haven't completed it so you'll have no qualification. You may be able to switch to a different course next year and get some credit for what you've done so far. Ask your college/uni.

its a graphic design course, so will they mark my work that ive done in just this year?

i think its an ND
If it's anational diploma it looks to me from page 77/78 of the attached that you may be eligible for a lower award of National Awrd or Certificate depending on number of points andguided learning hours completed
