prresentation for interview

Help - I have an interview next week for a teaching job and I have to do a presentation on the "considerations for teaching a mixed age class". I'm a very experienced teacher but am not sure how or what to present for this. Has anyone out there done this before? Are there any good publications that I need to read? It's ages since I've been for interview and am new to all this.

Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Thanks - a great help. I've been a yr5 & yr6 teacher for years though not as a mixed class. I know I can adapt but it was how to convince others! This web page has lots of info. which I can put on my powerpoint. I don't mind failing an interview but now at least I can give it my best shot.
