I have just started a new job and am working five hours a day. The company have said I can have two 15 minute breaks in this time but it is unpaid. I dont want to lose 30 mins pay a day so have agreed to one 15 minute break, would this still be unpaid as I thought if you worked five hours you were entitled to one 15 minute paid break or is it up to the individual company?

There are laws regarding breaks but it doesn't say that they must be paid breaks. That is down to the indivisual company.
