I went to University for an entire year in 2006/2007 and I applied for, got and used my student loans all of that year.
I eventually dropped out and I had decided not to go back, until now.
I'm very eager to go back and give it another go in 2009. Am I still eligible for student loans even though I used an entire years of fees?
