I want to do both business and Media at college is it possible for two take both of these alongside each other
at the BTEC National diploma level ?

I doubt it, they are both full-time courses and there won't be enough time in the week to fit them both in.

At the end of the day it depends how the classes have been timetabled, there could well be clashes which will prevent you from doing both courses.
