Selling house via online cash buyers?

Has anyone tried one of the many online "cash buyer" websites/ companies when selling their house?

Fed up with market being so slow and are desperate to move even if it means getting less than we want for it, naturally we do have a limit on this though, can't go selling it for a fiver or anything.

why not borrow on the equity use that has a deposit on a new home & rent your one out untill the market improves where is the property?
