He/she may just want to have a chat but you need to be prepared to make your case. Nobody was there to relieve you , that is their problem and not yours'. Perhaps you can say that if it is a problem in future, can you be reassured that you will get paid for the 15 mins and you would be then happy to stay.
What if you had to be out of the door on time; they need to be letting you go. If he is having a go at you logging off I would just plead ignorance that you simply didn't know.
I have been in positions in my life where little bossy managers have scared the daylights out of me too and it turns out they don't have the right to do an awful lot unless you commit a huge error and this was not a huge error in my book. Let us know how it went - maybe he wants to promote you....look on the bright side it could be unrelated.

If you have been employed by Tesco for less than a year, they can dismiss you for no/any reason and you cannot take then to an employment tribunal. The only exception to this is if they dismiss you based on sex discrimination.
The lesson is you can only get bolshie with your employer, once you have been there for a year or more.

I have worked in several supermarkets over the years and just leaving your till when your time is up is not something that one does... It's kind of an unsaid rule I guess. Same with many jobs. I teach, and I can't just get up and leave when the bell goes. I agree with you that they will never pay you more for staying over hours, and it is crap that they left you there when it was your time to leave. Could you not have rung your bell for the supervisor?
I would have waited 5 mins and then rung my bell.
It is their fault for not making it clear to you though.
