How do I find out who works for a particular firm?

Hi There! Is there any way I can find out the names of the employees on the payroll of a certain firm, without actually physically going there and asking? It is for CSA purposes.

Corbyloon - I need to find out as my self-employed, extremely wealthy ex husband has been (through the CSA) paying 10 per week for the last 5 yrs, as maintenance for our son. He now is working within a firm and if I know for sure that he is an employee, then the CSA will actually be able to track him via his payroll. This situation is such that he could be working for them still on a self-employed basis (which will not help) or it could be cash-in-hand, (Which will not help either)
