bereavement question

My father sadly passed away 5 weeks ago, this is my 2nd week signed off by doc (was at work last week)... i am scared i lose my job, im due to go back tomorrow, can they sack me for being off due to bereavement?.....

I lost my dad over 3 years ago now and lost my mum nearly a year ago. It's soo hard at first, but it does get easier, i promise you.
I dont know, im afraid. Maybe look for info on your rights on the direct.gov website.

at the moment , i find that hard to contemplate, but having said that i havent cried for 2 days :)
I know, it's probably the shock of it too. What happened, if you dont mind me asking? Its ok if you dont wanna say.

My father was a good age of 81, he had an internal bleed, that the hospital couldnt investigate as he never stayed stable enough for that, ... there was just NO getting better for Dad im afraid .
