Redundancy & TUPE

Having worked for the past ten years for the one client I have been TUPE several times , will I still be able to claim for the full redundancy package from the present employer. ??

If you mean you have been employed for ten years for a series of employers but several times over you have been TUPEd across as different contractors have won the contract then, yes, your redundancy package would be based upon your ten years' of continuous service.

If you were TUPE'd it would be paid at the terms of your original contracts and not the current employers as you maintain the T&C you were originally on unless you signed over to your present employers terms as they were better but your length of service remains 10 years as said earlier
