Need Loan Software, Managing Loans

Hi.

I manage small real estate loans. I keep track of payments, which are sometimes late/early, some loans are principal only, some have balloon payments, all have interest rates, some penalties.

I am wondering if any one knows of a good loan tracking program that will really be flexible and somewhat easy to navigate. I have been doing everything by hand and have tried several programs that always end up falling short of handling the calculations I need.

Any help or suggestions is very much appreciated.
