Anyone know if the tax office keeps records of start /end dates of an indiviuals work history? Im applying for a job that requires full history with full date and Ive only got that to about 1995. Thanks

I doubt that the tax office keeps this information.
I would phone the organisation you are applying to - this usually means 'month/year', not absolute dates to the nearest day.
What employing organisations want to check for is gaps in the employment of a candidate.
If you can go back to 1995 with at least 'month/year' then prior to that with a list of employers and at least 'year' I think you will find that is good enough.
