Because your not on JSA you should be able to attend FT education and receive benefits as normal...such as IS, and child benefits. Do you know what kind of job you would like to get? Access courses are great for converting to an unfamiliar subject at university but there are loads out there including the open university which allows you to stay at home and is also very reputable. maybe speak to your local job centre regarding childcare?

thanks for your answer. Have been told its ok to do further education without affecting my benefits problem is the childcare would find it difficult with open uni as ur on your own I prefer to have a teacher thats teaching me as opposed to learning it all thru books with telephone tutorial.
