outfit for interview

i have an interview on monday for the position of social care worker (like a support worker) 4 people with intellectual disabilities. wondering what to wear as ive heard interviews are less formal these days? I'm 21 from dublin....

smart trousers and shirt no tie a splash of nice aftershave deffo no white socks and jesus sandles and you will be ok kiddo xx

I think you need to look smart, not necessary to wear a suit really, but smart trousers and jacket, collar and tie and polished shoes. always gives a good impression, and shows that you're prepared to make the effort, and are keen to be employed..................Good Luck...............welsh
