Hello, Do I have to take all 52 weeks of maternity leave to qualify for holiday entitlement? I am planning to return to work at the end of 39 weeks which is when maternity pay stops, but am not sure if I can still take my holiday that has accrued, or if I have to have the whole 52 weeks to be entitled to holiday at the end? TIA

you can go back to work at any point as long as you take the minimum 2 weeks maternity leave.
If you go back at 39 weeks then you will be entitled to all holiday accrued to that point and obviously youll accrue the rest once you are back at work anyway
