In your text- "Quote" (Authors last name, year, page number) e.g. "Children learn through imitation" (Berk, 2009, p. 225)
In your references list-
Authors Last Name, Authors Initial (Year) Book Title Place of Publication:Publisher
example-
Berk, L. (2009) Child Development. London: Blackwell Publishing
Also have a whole document on how to reference other materials using the Harvard system so just say if you need anything else.

yeah it took me a while to get the hang of it but comes as second nature now, for books at least, have to look up how to reference other sources!
