Well, let me give you some back round information. I'm a 19 year old female, and under an incredible amount of stress...my dad is dying with kidney and heart failure, my mom is working three jobs seven days a week, i go to university while working, doing a field work placement, homework, and taking care of my brother and grandma. Now we're on the verge of losing our house because we are unable to afford our mortgage and that means i have to move out. I live in Toronto Ontario, and i suffer from generalized anxiety disorder, and slight OCD because of my past drug addictions to cocaine and ecstasy, so medication is no option for these disorders. But lately i feel as if i'm losing control and going crazy i constantly feel like i'm in a dream and nothing seems real anymore. I can't afford therapy i don't know how i manage to get 90's but thank god i do. What do you think are some good ways of coping?

Sounds like you're having to deal with too many issues at once here cc!
I'm sorry I can't help you personally, but can only suggest that you to go back to your gp for medical advice. I hope things improve for you & your family....
mizzybeat - I do hope you never find yourself in dire straits - 'specially after such an insensitive reply.
