Close Encounters of the Turd Kind.... Version II

It is still a sci-fi sit-com about shenanigans aboard a spaceship.. but this time it takes place in the on-board operating theatre rather than the lavatory. And Captain Paddy is Irish (bet that was hard to guess...). When he asks Nurse Gladys to pass him the turd item on the table, he gets more than he bargained for.
Do you think I'm cracking up? Or is it just coz it's Friday?

I picture an E.R. type entrance - Sqad, all in his scrubs & mask bursting into the theatre, you can be Nursey and I can be the one horizontal on the couch (nothing new there...). Cue dramatic music, a bit sci-fi in tempo, Sqad looks right into the camera & gives that Leslie Phillips' Ding-Dong smile, you flash plenty of cleavage and then camera turns to the interior of the spaceship to show concern on all the faces of the fellow space travellers....

Then, ladies & gentleman, the show begins...

It all comes to me in a dream.... I deliberately eat loads of cheese, preferably mature cheddar, before going to sleep at night.
It's all rather wonderful.
