I have just been called 'moaning Minnie' because I have had a real bad start to the day, I am usually quite a happy person, surely I can have a grumble now and again, its raining in sheets, the wind is howling like a banshee and my dear one has just burnt the toast, I have decided that I will not watch the Xfactor again after seeing some real good singers booted off and the two clowns John and Edward, the pretty blond boy who can't sing and poor Jamie who has had a fantastic offer of a career with Bon Jovi are kept on, it has all got so tacky that it is not fun anymore.
and Doc Martin has finished so Sunday has gone down the pan for me as well, I think I will hibernate till something interesting happens,

You never know what is around the corner! I hope John and Edward do well tonight as i have found them so much fun since the start, Family Fortunes is always good cos Vernon Kay is brilliant, harry hill is good too, if you get fed up there are free Catherine Cookson DVDs in one of the papers today lol

Get yourself down to your local voluntary services and put yourself forward to help someone who really has something to be unhappy about. You may change your attitude and start to count your blessings. And; there really is more to living than sitting in front of the box you know. BTY there is no such thing a bad weather, just unsuitable clothing! *takes tongue out of cheek*
don't you start following my posts with snide comments no knowledge, it's dull and tedius so stop it before you start.

sick of doing what? I did nothing except try to stop any further sarky remarks before they started. It's not good humoured on no knowledge's part either and i don't goad him.

apologies cecil.
Oi dotty I was sticking up for ya!
I know Joy, but I don't find him good humoured at all. Nor entertaining. Cecil there's nothing wrong with watching TV! I'm chilling out this morning watching the Emmerdale onmibus cos i missed most of it in the week, it's actually better than watching it in half hour chunks!
sorry dot pet, I though you and he got on pretty well?

actually madmaggot I do volunteer, and I do watch other things dothawkes its just that there are things that I look forward to and when they go wrong on a bad day it makes me sort of cranky, but never mind, I shut myself away in the shed and boxed in my old dogs bed so that she is sheltered from draft in the winter, she refuses to sleep indoors and is 14yrs old so its time she had some pampering, she looks cozy now so my bad day turned out good in the end. sorry for being miserable earlier.
