I have 200 employees that are available for 4 hours per day and these individuals are spread throughout the country. I am looking for a way to keep these individuals busy and to make money. I need help. Does anyone have any ideas?

mollykins, as I read it, the four hours of idleness are included in the 10 hours, so total 10 not 14.
Toko,

What does a current working day for thse guys look like, on average? What is the four hours downtime - all in one go or broken up into shorter periods? How do these fit around statutory breaks? I think we need more detailed information to give a better answer...
I have a vested interest in this one as OH is a truck driver and yes they do have to have the breaks identified, and yes they have to do nothing at all (except perhaps eat or snooze) during those breaks, they can't be given other work during their break periods. OH delivers all over the place so one time he might be taking his break in a truck stop in say Warrington and the next in Luton - no way drivers can get home to take their breaks, mollykins. The maximum driving time can take them across to the other end of the country - how could they possibly be doing anything else as well?

Not an advertisement. Everyone has shown that they are DOT experts but they have not presented anything that could remotely be considered an idea. Ignore the fact that they are Truck Drivers... 200 people, spread throughout the country, available for up to 4 hours per day each. Does anyone have any idea about a way to make money with this kind of workforce?
Toko2g consider this... become an Independent Distributor of Utility Warehouse then encourage your staffs to become distributors as well. This can be a bolt-on product on the services you already provide. Most people are working hard just to get their pensions at the age of 65 but if you bolt-on this and your employees are introducing Utility Warehouse just 1 hour of 4 unproductive hours then they will see the benefit for themselves having an extra income every month and to you as well. Your employees will be paid month in month out and you as well based on commission. www.utilitywarehousecareers.co.uk
