What's the right degree?

I work in a non-profit arts organization and I want to get into the development/fundraising side of the business. I have not been to college but I am looking into going. What would be the right way to go. Do I get a Bachlor's in business or is their actually a development course I can take. Is there a specific arts business course? I need help!

Not sure if there is a Ba in Art management, but there are definately masters, and there are part time arts admin courses offered sometimes at local colleges.  I'm starting one in sept in notttingham.  Check www.prospects.ac.uk and www.ucas.ac.uk
