i need help and advise

i am currently an electronics engineer and i would like to go into plastering but i would need to get some qualifications in this field. i would like some info on courses and qualifications required to go into the plastering trade in the west midlands to work for my self or for a company. Could you give me a list of courses and qualifications required as well as any info on companies taking on trainees. Preferably within the Black Country/Sandwell area if possible.
