What percentage rate of all japanese people both females and males are only straight A students and pursue higher education all over the world worldwide?
I actually really just want to know for sure because I know for sure that it is their culture to be straight A students all through school and college and to pursue higher education and that their parents are very strict with education and higher education and I just want to know for sure if it is 95%,96%,97%,98%,99%,and or 100%.I think that it is 95%-99% and or it is 95%-100%.I also think that it is 99% but I know for sure that it is somewhere around there.I know that their graduation rates are very high worldwide like at 99% and their literacy rates are 100% worldwide too, but I just want to know for sure and I won't ask you anymore. What percentage rate of all japanese people both females and males are only straight A students and pursue higher education all over the world worldwide?

Sounds like a load of rubbish to me on at least two counts:
you appear to be telling me that noone in Japan is educationally subnormal - I find that difficult to believe
And if everyone is as you say a straight A student then obviously the definition of A is far too lax. If everyone, or nearly everyone can meet it, it's by definition a mediocre grade
