No personal experience, but people I know advise that the job is pretty cut-throat, usually sales target-based, so if you don't perform, you don't stay very long. They often pay minimum wage, and then use bonus incentives to get you to work for your money. If you have the right kind of approach, and a thick skin, you can rise up the career ladder, but it certainly isn't for everyone. I'm always suspcious of any employment sector that alwasy has vacancies - if it's that good, why do so many people leave and leave spaces to be filled?
