Hi

Just a quick question, I want to contact the student loans company, but seem to be forever on hold and never speak to anyone. Is there a good time to catch them, before their lines get jammed?

Any help would be great.

If it's one of these where you have to 'Press 1 for....' try pressing zero or just holding on after all the options have been stated, that sometimes gets you through to a real person.
