CV advice

I am currently re-formatting my cv, and dividing it up into the job titles...the jobs are all related but separately credited.
My problem is, in some productions I performed more than one role..sometimes 3 or 4....
so in the format I am creating - do i list the same production more than once, under all the relevant roles?
or would that just irritate the reader?
but if i dont - how do i list the credit?
I have also divided it up into 4 separate CVs...but I want to create a full one that featurse everything
help!
Thanks

if i didnt divide them up mine would be about 4,
my main cvs are listed in date format already...but I have noticed that the format i am now trying to create is very common in this industry, so I figure I should have the options...especially for website.
its basically a kind of grid listing - credit, company, director, genre and production title
and so all the design credits go togther, then all the costume, all the makeup etc
unfortunately i do sometimes have to send more than one cv, depending on the roles available
