Modelling Portfolio

Hi

I know you have to have a decent portfolio to get involved with any reputable company but does anybody know the best way to go about getting a portfolio done, and how much it costs?

P.S This is just for a catalog model modeling clothes etc. Just something to do on the side to earn a bit of extra cash.

You go to see a photographer that specialises in this type of work. You ask to see some of his other work.
So you need to look at local places and their qualifications.
My ex went through all this in 2000.
