Most businesses seem to have set up training courses for just about everything that happens in their company, with just one exception: Hardly anyone ever seems to provide training for the people who interview job applicants!
So it's hard to know what you might expect. (If you get "Where do expect to see yourself in five years time?" you'll know that the interviewer hasn't got a clue about what he's doing, and he's just asking what he thinks might possibly be the right questions!).
A good interviewer should ask the really big, open-ended question; "Tell me why you think that you'd be good at this job"!
The correct response to that one is probably something like:
"I like helping people and I enjoy a mixture of routine tasks together with new challenges. I'm good at problem-solving and I'd enjoy being able to help others".
