Me again. I am in the process of completing my personal statement to apply to study law. I have given good examples of work experience that relate to skills required to study law, accompanied by the areas of law I am interested in; for example property law. However, I have not expanded on that. Should I?TIA
If I were in your place, I wouldn't expand on it. Presumably you'll have to go for an interview of some sort, yes? If they want to know any more, they'll ask you then. I beleieve that the rule of thumb is don't make the initial letter/statement/application too wordy.
Thank you both. Hi Bookbinder, I have used 41 lines out of a possible 47. There are occasions when an offer is made from viewing the personal statement only but I guess that is down to the individual.
