I am in the process of filling out an application form and i have to tick either, I wish to opt-out of the 48 hour working week restriction or I do NOT wish to opt-out of the 48-hour working week restriction, its only a part time job anyway which one should I put the tick against? tia

depends how you'd feel if you had to work more than 48 hours a week...

thank you bednobs, probably knackered but better off woof.
if they were to suddenly give you more work they need to cover themselves. But you can always fill one in in the future if you end up doing over 48.
