Iam Going to Join a New Company with a Bond for 2 years? If i quit in the middle i have to pay 16% of My total 2 years salary. Please tell me both positive and negative sides in this deal?

as we dont know the company how can we tell you what the positives are?
as for negatives - well youve listed main one in your question 16% of total 2 years salary is a lot if you decide youve had enough of job (like you did in previous one)

I recall from the last time the OP posted about this that the job is in India and Indian law applies.

I'm not sure whether in practice a company would always sue to recover the money in these circumstances
