Mobile phone repairs..what are my rights ??

My mobile went away for repair on the 5th May and still has not been returned..
I have been issued another one last week and that too has now gone missing and all they are offering is too is a 3rd one and it will take another 3 -5 working days..i am getting so annoyed and no one seems to be able to help e on there help line just offer me more company hand book sayings...ie..i am sorry you are annoyed and frustrated..anyone got any idea how i can get them to get there finger out...i am only 6 months into this contract so can not even threaten to cancel..thanks Elle

Just wondering if this wouldn't be better in the law forum.

Can't claim to know but it seems to me you should have had the first one repaired before the month was out. I'm unsure how the second one went missing, did you ever receive it? If it was lost in the post and they are saying they are sending a third, might be as well to hang fire for a few days to see if it arrives.

Out of curiosity, who are you dealing with?

i am dealing with phones 4 u..they are sending it to there own store internal mail..they tried to repair the original phone it was nly meant to be away 10 days..then 14..then 21...then it went missing so sent a new one to the store using internal mail and it has gone missing..now they are having another go.
