Anybody know how long it takes to obtain probate these days in a reasonable straightforward will

4 to 6 weeks after all the information has been put together.

From my experience in Newcastle it was about 3 weeks in a straight forward case.

I have another question for somebody. What happens if ten friends are left £1000 each but there is only £9000 in the kitt
