Up until a few years ago police forces COULD delete records of cautions after 5 years (but not all police forces actually did so). Following a test case in the courts, the law has now changed and all cautions now remain on file for life. That means that they will always show up on any CRB check, whether at 'Standard' or 'Enhanced' level, in England or Wales (but not on 'Basic' level checks, which only exist in Scotland or Northern Ireland).
So it's likely that your caution was deleted from the records before the law changed, but there can be no guarantee of it. If it's still on file it will show up on your CRB check.
