how long before a hearing, does the other side have to furnish me with their submissions? I am representing myself in a home rights hearing and have requested in writing to the other side to give me their submissions but have had no response.

Can you also explain what you mean by a "home rights" hearing. Precisely what is the claim for? Are you the claimant or defendant?
