Hi, Am using the governments "Money Claim Online" website to submit a claim through the small claims court but does anyone know if I should add the cost of this to the amount i want to claim or will the cost be refunded should I win my case?

On the front page of MCOL when you have typed in the details and put the amount you want to claim, you insert the issue costs - there is a box for this on the bottom right hand side. It is possible that this is automatically generated (I'm not sure, I've never used MCOL). They are fixed costs depending on how much your claim is.

You don't include them in the figure you want to claim.
I have only used PCOL possession claims on line

Easy to use

There should be (as with PCOL) a document tied to the on line form that tells you these details which you must read

The amount you claim should be what you are owed and the costs are added later on in the form.
