Any Ideas On These Anyone Please ?
(1) Despite judgement being given in CLCC on 28/2 and despite asking both solicitors and the court I still do not have a 'sealed' version of the judges order,a thing I'm told is required for appeal and, although I have an 'unsealed' version this will not suffice, although the claimant seems to want to rely on the content of the unsealed version,my queries therefore are;
(2) If, as it may, be there is no 'sealed' order, can the claimant proceed on this alone ? (by this I mean is the order lawfully enforceable without a seal?)
(3) In reality,do I need a sealed order to start an appeal ?
(4) Can I make an application to High Court to appeal or even to stay the application of any judgement,costs etc. without the 'sealed' order ?
(5) Any clues as to the specific 'grounds of appeal' I'm meant to quote or where I might research them?
Once again,thank you all for your help !
