pension contributions under TUPE

I was employed by a company for only 3 months, in the last week the company was sold and employment rights transferred under TUPE. When the company was bought I was made redundant. My contract entitled me to a pension contribution to my own pension. However, I hadn't set the pension up by the time I left. Can I ask for the amount that would have been paid into my pension to be paid now that I have been made redundant

no - pension contributions are not back dated so even if your company was still operating and you signed up to the pension scheme the result would be that money would be paid at the time of your next paycheque - as you have no paycheque coming no contribution will be made
