they advertised free samples and postage had to be paid by credit card. they now keep sending face cream totalling so far about £200 and have ignored all correspondence and charging my credit casrd.I have returned a number of the face creams recorded delivery but they keep on coming.Have asked for a refund to no avail. Other than cancelling my credit card don 't know of any other way to stop this. have read about them on google and it seems to be one big scam.

Tell your credit card company. They'll investigate, cancel your card and issue a new one.

A company like that deserves all the bad publicity it can get. You should send the story to Watchdog, BBC.

The general opinion is "Let your bank (or credit card company) sort it out".

Tell them you've been scammed and that they must stop all future payments and initiate a charge-back for the previous transactions.
