Making New Wills

When doing this is it advisable to use a solicitor or would a willmaker be adequate please. I am not sure if willmakers arrange trusts. They would be quite straightforward wills I think but would probably need trusts creating for grandchildren aged 16 and 10.There does seem to be a big variation in prices. TIA -rosy

I'd go to a solicitor and ask him what you will get for what he/she charges. That can vary too.

easy wills but oh you will need to constitute a trust,
solicitor specialising in wills definitely

Quite a few posters have a bit of money - house or houses at £200 000 a pop and then say - oh but I dont want to pay £40 for a will. Never ceases to amaze me. I have grasping relatives and so paid £1,000 for mine - it is still only 0,5% of my estate and sleep securely at night thinking that the ones I want to disinherit - - are !
