Complaint By Agreived Neighbour
My colleague has received a card from his LA dept of Environmental Health, regarding loud music. He denies this but knows that his neighbour works in that particular department, although they are not the named officer on the card. What should his next course of action be?
He wishes to make this official and believes his neighbour is abusing his postion by instigating these complaints (there has been more than one)

[ because if they were ....they would say dont consult a solicitor for chrissakes do you know how much they cost ? ]
I think he has to go through with whatever investigation they wish to do if any.
The FOURTH time - in a related dispute, a neighbour rang the council and said I know this is connected with someone who works at the council and lives opposite me
and the complaints stopped. But it really was the 4th time
at the present time he has absolutely no way in which he can show malice and so has to grin and bear it
