Dumping Rubbish In Our Shed.
Hi , daughters house is empty and up for sale. I have been around today to make sure that everyhing is ok for viewings . Noticed that one of the council bins wasnt in its usual place, thought its strange as the back garden gate is locked up and secure , went to investigate and found that the shed was completely full of rubbish , old music system tv s old cupboard ,old kitchen units and kiddies toys plus other bits of bed frames and shelving. The shed is rammed full ,there are kiddies things next to the wall between my daughters house and next doors , obviously they have been passing things over to fill the shed. Neighbours are young renters, who dont go to work ,drinking all day . What can i do about this . thank you

When I had a load of rubbish dumped outside the back gate I managed to trace it back because there was an address on one of the boxes (the guy had paid the local Travellers to remove rubbish from his house and they just dumped it outside of mine). I would have a look and see if there are any identifying marks on it.
Remove everything from the shed and take to the nearest tip. Nothing else you can do when you have neighbours like these and your hunch is correct. If they see you moving it they may make a mistake in implicating themselves. I would also take pictures of the items between the two properties as once you empty the shed it could fill up again with the same items.
