What Can Be Done When One Of The Executors Won't Sign The Accounts Off
The will has been read, probate was granted and the house has been sold, one of the executors won't sign the accounts off. It has now been over 5 months since the accounts were sent, and still not signed. Is it time to go to a probate judge to get it sorted? If so how does one go about getting their solicitor to get off his backside and act?

This family member is loving being in control. How long do we wait before we do something drastic like engage a probate judge to intervene.
