I am literally fuming. Prior to June 23rd 2016 David Cameron spent £9 million of tax payers money sending a leaflet to every address in the country, he also made a video, posted on social media, and stated on national t.v., that WE the electorate, NOT parliament, NOT the Prime Minister, NOT the judiciary, US THE ELECTORATE would decide whether we leave or remain within the E.U., he also stated IN WRITING and VERBALLY that the final decision would be legally binding and would stand, and would be irreversible and NOT open to appeal. Now I see that a *** has, with her wealth, 'bought off' the highest court in the land. I have written to H.M. the Queen expressing my disgust. BUT I AM NOT leaving it there, for the sake of 17.4 million people, some of whom are fuming on 'facebook' I intend fighting this decision, and this tiresome ***, BUT I am 66 and a pensioner, not a rich man by any means. Any lawyers or legal eagles who can tell me how I appeal and challenge this ludicrous high court decision? British democracy is at stake! Thanks, Bob Harding.

For a start the result of the referendum was NEVER stated to be legally binding. It was advisory ONLY !!!
The electorate voted by a narrow majority for 'Leave' in an advisory referendum.
It is down to parliment to decide how the 'exit' is to be handled.
The court WAS NOT 'BOUGHT OFF'.
The supreme court has simply reinstated the principle that leaving the EU is a constitutional matter that MUST be fully debated by parliment
It is a Supreme Court decision NOT a high court decision.
The appeal court has already made the same decision as has the high court. The supreme court is the highest court in the land, it only hears cases that have already been dismissed by the Court of Appeal. The Court of Appeal in turn only hears cases that have been rejected by the High Court! There can NEVER be an appeal against the Supreme Court ,( the clue is in the name! ) that is why it is the ultimate court in the UK !!!
Sorry but your question shows a level of ignorance that beggars belief!!

Canary is right. I sympathise very much with your 'fume' - but 'keep your powder dry', is my opinion. Not a bad idea to write to H.M., may do so myself and suggest it to others - but she is politically powerless unless really very desperate times prevail. I'm about your age and in your situation. I am waiting and if push comes to shove I am prepared to take action in the form of civil disobedience - as are many thousands of us. Wait until, and if, this action is needed. Then we all march together. :)
Hang on in there Dylanfan. Many like you have been frustrated by the doublespeak and twisting in the wind, like faded dream catchers, of the Remainiacs. They cannot defeat us now, unless we let them annoy us as much as we have annoyed them. We will see it through, but must do our utmost thereafter to encourage the EU adherents and willing slaves to move to where the EU pyramid scheme holds sway. The EU is still there (for now) but still the flow is into and not out of Great Britain.
Thank you for all your comments and help guys. What I am MOST concerned about here and most angry about is not the referendum result, albeit important, it is the fact that this woman insulted and patronised 17.4 million people, saying we didn't have the intelligence or understanding to make our own decisions, and understand basic information. This included Dr's, Architects, Uni professors, Businessmen, Surgeons etc., and assumed that the courts and parliament were more intelligent and more capable than us, the electorate of making informed choices. She is now playing the 'race card' saying if she was 'white male' she would not have received death threats. Cobblers! I am an ex army medic (R.A.M.C.) and am far from racist, I can also, if I want, put letters after my name. She is patronising, arrogant, and a total *****, and I am determined to wipe that selfish smirk off her face - I don't think I have ever been this angry in my 66 year existence. Anyway, thanks folks.
