Questions About A Family Court Order Please Help
My daughter left a controlling marriage and divorced her husband in his absence as he went to work in the US they have a 4 year old son. When her ex returned from the US he asked to have overnight access to his son which my daughter allowed. Following a course of harassment and abuse from him over the phone and on social media he threatened my daughter in person and she called the police a PIN was issued and he wasn't allowed contact with her, through solicitors it was agreed that he could have access at a contact centre. After 3 months he took my daughter to court and in September a court order was issued that allowed him 2 overnight visits from my grandson per week with me as a kind of intermediary. I was never asked by anyone if I minded that my grandson was collected and returned to me every week by a man who I physically cannot bear to look at he also has my phone number 'in case of emergencies' but often texts me just to have a go. Contact between my daughter and him is via a notebook in which they can record anything that the other needs to know with regard to my grandson. Up to today despite contacting both solicitors and the court my daughter still has no copy of the order to refer to. We believe he has broken the order in relation to my grandsons medical care, diet , social activities etc all of which were referred to in court at the time of the magistrates making the order. What can she do, I am sorry to be so lengthy but we are so worried about our grandsons wellbeing and feel we have no where to go.
